PATN 1985.14.01
This case was created out of scrap aluminum, brass, and copper by an unknown German prisoner-of-war for an American camp guard in 1945. The owner, Stanley Maczuga, was a member of the 4th Armored Division and the case carries both his initials “SCM”, his unit patch, and the acronym for the European Theater of Operations “ETO”
