The Veterans Interview Unit has been used in concert with the Extension Services of the University of Kentucky. If you are interested in starting a Veterans Interview Program please contact the General George Patton Museum. The program is designed for Grade 5 students at present, but can be modified.

The Bullitt County Extension Service held a WWII Veterans Appreciation Day on December 7th and the Patton Museum was invited to participate! WWII veterans, Roby Elementary and St. Aloysius students and Patton museum staff and volunteers had a great day learning about WWII and the sacrifice our veterans made for our freedoms. Many thanks to the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension in Bullitt County for allowing us to to provide outreach services.

This program won a Kentucky History Award! See the article, press release and pictures.
