Map Collections

Several collection of maps, most printed for the Allied Military during World War II, but also including WW I, Korea and Vietnam. A number of scales are represented including 1:25000, 1:50000, and 1:100000. Besides the forced collection, there are also a significant number of maps in the following collections:

Hugh B. McAfee Collection     .5 linear feet

Collection of personal papers and official documents donated by the family of Private H. B. McAfee. The papers document his service as a member of Company A, 344th Tank Battalion, Tank Corps, WWI (1918-1919). Included in the material is a service manual on the FT17 Light Tank, as well as copies of popular songbooks, post war Tank Corps recruiting information, and a number of muster rolls for Casual Companies of men released from service. 1918 - 1922
